About the role

A highly motivated individual is needed to join our team as a Hazmat Driver. The primary responsibility is to operate a commercial vehicle safely and efficiently while transporting hazardous materials.

Responsibilities

• Operate a commercial vehicle safely and efficiently while transporting hazardous materials.
• Ensure all necessary safety protocols are followed during transportation.
• Load and unload hazardous materials according to company procedures.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules and status.
• Maintain accurate records of all deliveries and incidents.

Requirements

• Valid CDL with HazMat endorsement.
• At least 2 years of driving experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Skills

• Knowledge of hazardous materials regulations.
• Experience with commercial vehicle maintenance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
