Harvest Maintenance Lead

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Understand and adhere to all HACCP, food safety, and GMP guidelines and policies
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Understand and enforce all Creekstone Farms safety requirements. Successfully complete and maintain required safety training
• Monitor and participate in operations in assigned areas
• During the absence of the Maintenance Supervisor, the Lead fills in for the Supervisor
• Give guidance, support and professional development to technicians
• Assist in scheduling of work according to priorities and direction from the Superintendent and Supervisor
• Affirm that all techs properly use the warehouse processes
• Work with Maintenance Supervisor, to develop needed training for all techs
• Affirm that all positions in the area of responsibility are properly staffed at the start of each shift
• Manage team members break times to ensure rotations are followed and time is not exceeded
• Follow the plants continuous improvement process and plan
• All other duties as assigned
