Responsibilities

Harvest Production Team Members will perform a combination of tasks in the initial step of the meat processing facility, including:

• Standing on concrete and/or elevated platforms for extended periods
• Working in a warm and humid environment
• Using knives, air knives, wizard knives, and other tools to perform the job
• Preparing product for further processing
• Cutting, trimming, skinning, sorting, and washing product
• Using tools and/or machinery such as knives, wrap products, scales, grinders, and other power tools
• Wearing protective safety equipment

Qualifications

Must be willing and able to use knives and operate equipment such as air knives, wizard knives, etc.

Training

We take pride in our new Training Program, which will train all new hires on several different jobs during your first 90 days.
