Harley-Davidson Service Porter

Responsibilities

• Aid in the intake and delivery of customers' motorcycles through the service drive.
• Maintain efficiency in moving and organizing motorcycles within the dealership property.
• Ensure cleanliness of service areas and vehicles.
• Support service advisors and technicians as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service with a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A valid motorcycle license with a clean driving record is required.
• A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills are necessary.
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment is important.
• A professional appearance and positive attitude are required.
• Previous motorcycle or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
