Job Description

Falcons Fury Harley-Davidson is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Service Porter to support our Service Department. This role is essential to delivering an exceptional customer experience by ensuring motorcycles are cleaned, organized, and ready for pickup after service.

• Wash and detail motorcycles after service to ensure they are showroom-ready for customers
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service shop and surrounding areas
• Safely move motorcycles in and around the service department
• Absorb and assist technicians and service advisors as needed
• Support test rides when required
• Keep service lanes, storage areas, and wash bay clean and orderly
• Follow all safety procedures and dealership standards

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with motorcycle endorsement (required)
• Ability to safely ride and maneuver motorcycles of various sizes
• Passion for motorcycles and the riding lifestyle
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
• Able to stay on task and work independently
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Able to lift and move items weighing 45+ lbs
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
