About the role
We are seeking a Lot Porter at Hudson Ford. As part of Lithia Motors, we are dedicated to both growing our business and supporting our team members.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome service customers in a genuinely friendly and courteous manner.
- Absorb and notify the service advisor of appointments.
- Drive vehicles from the service lane to their proper places in the service parking lot.
- Maintain the parking lot in a neat and organized manner.
- Assist the Service Receptionist with incoming telephone calls.
- Perform various clerical tasks as assigned by service management.
- Report to management any situation or condition that jeopardizes the safety, welfare, or integrity of the dealership, its employees or customers.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail.
- Sense of urgency.
- Excellent communication.
- Basic computer skills.
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
