Hardware Operations Lead

Position Overview

The Hardware Operations Lead will oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of server and network hardware in a high-demand data center environment. The company specializes in large-scale data infrastructure, supporting critical operations around the clock.

Requirements

• Deployed and supported server and network hardware in a live data center at scale.
• Troubleshoot server hardware deeply: POST, BIOS, PXE, IPMI, BMC, and component-level repair.
• Knows network protocols (TCP/IP, Ethernet) and hardware (switches, routers, copper and fiber) well enough to diagnose physical-layer faults.
• Works fluently in Linux and resolves tickets efficiently against 24/7 SLAs.
• Takes on-call and shift work, and supports and lifts up the technicians below you.
