Hardscape Construction Team Leader

We take landscaping seriously and are looking for an experienced hardscaper to lead a comprehensive landscape crew that specializes in some of the most beautiful and highest quality outdoor living spaces in our region.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to projects that include pavers, natural stonework, retaining walls, horticulture and plantings, pavilions, pergolas, outdoor kitchens, fire features, water features, landscape lighting and outdoor audio systems.
• Lead a comprehensive landscape crew specializing in high-quality outdoor living spaces.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Manage daily tasks and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Perform necessary tasks as directed, including following and understanding written and verbal directions.

Requirements

• High School Degree or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s license.
• 2-5 years or related experience.
• Ability to follow and understand written and verbal directions.
• Reliable, punctual, honest, and courteous.
• Willing to learn and perform assigned tasks.
• Work alongside others as a team.
• Communicate with customers tactfully and courteously.
• Be neat and clean in habit and personal appearance.

Qualifications

• Professional experience and/or training in specific disciplines of landscape installation and construction.
• Any related course work, licensures, certifications, or training.
• Proficient in landscape truck, machine, and equipment operations.
• Class A Commercial Driver’s License.
• Smartphone and tablet capabilities for Company App operations.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Pay

Up to $30/hour ($45/hour O.T.) commensurate to abilities.

Schedule

Weekly work schedule is typically Monday through Friday with minimal weekend work throughout the season.
