We take landscaping seriously and are looking for an experienced hardscaper to lead a comprehensive landscape crew that specializes in some of the most beautiful and highest quality outdoor living spaces in our region.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to projects that include pavers, natural stonework, retaining walls, horticulture and plantings, pavilions, pergolas, outdoor kitchens, fire features, water features, landscape lighting and outdoor audio systems.
- Lead a comprehensive landscape crew specializing in high-quality outdoor living spaces.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Manage daily tasks and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Perform necessary tasks as directed, including following and understanding written and verbal directions.
Requirements
- High School Degree or equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s license.
- 2-5 years or related experience.
- Ability to follow and understand written and verbal directions.
- Reliable, punctual, honest, and courteous.
- Willing to learn and perform assigned tasks.
- Work alongside others as a team.
- Communicate with customers tactfully and courteously.
- Be neat and clean in habit and personal appearance.
Qualifications
- Professional experience and/or training in specific disciplines of landscape installation and construction.
- Any related course work, licensures, certifications, or training.
- Proficient in landscape truck, machine, and equipment operations.
- Class A Commercial Driver’s License.
- Smartphone and tablet capabilities for Company App operations.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Pay
Up to $30/hour ($45/hour O.T.) commensurate to abilities.
Schedule
Weekly work schedule is typically Monday through Friday with minimal weekend work throughout the season.
