Hardscape/ Softscape Crew Leader

Responsibilities

- Leading hardscape and softscape crews to success - Installing pavers, natural stone, retaining walls, drainage, and planting projects - Operating skid steers, mini excavators, compactors, and power equipment - Reading plans, executing layouts, and maintaining organized job sites - Training crew members and ensuring all projects are completed safely and efficiently

Qualifications

- Minimum 3+ years of landscape construction/hardscape experience - Preferred experience in leadership or as a foreman - Strong work ethic and attention to detail - Valid driver's license with CDL as a plus - Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently
