Landscaping by J. Michael is seeking an experienced Foreman to lead their growing team. With over 40 years of trust in the South Shore area, they offer high-quality landscaping services.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a crew, ensuring daily success - Lay out projects and guide the team through installations - Work on various builds including walkways, patios, natural stone walls, bluestone, pavers, and segmented walls - Operate equipment such as skid steers, mini excavators, compactors, saws, and other tools - Maintain equipment and vehicles, keeping them clean, safe, and operational

Requirements

- At least 5 years of experience in masonry and landscape construction - Valid Massachusetts driver’s license - Hydraulic license preferred - Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT medical card - CDL B preferred - Strong work ethic and ability to lead by example
