This Hardscape Construction Foreman role leads and supervises on-site landscape installation crews to deliver exceptional, high-end workmanship. Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise landscape installation crews on assigned job sites to ensure high standards of workmanship
• Execute comprehensive landscape construction work, including grading, planting, hardscape installation, irrigation, and drainage
• Review project plans, layouts, and specifications prior to starting work to ensure accuracy and alignment with the overarching vision
• Plan daily work activities and assign tasks to crew members to maximize operational productivity
• Monitor production, workmanship, and job progress throughout the day to maintain project schedules
• Maintain job site safety and strictly enforce company safety policies to protect the team and property
• Communicate job progress, potential issues, and material needs clearly to the Project Manager

Requirements

• Possess 5+ years of preferred experience in landscape construction or installation
• Demonstrate prior experience leading crews or acting as a lead installer
• Exhibit strong knowledge of landscape installation techniques and associated materials
• Possess the ability to accurately read and understand landscape plans and site layouts
• Show a basic understanding of equipment operation and essential job site safety protocols
• Display strong communication and leadership skills to effectively guide teams on-site
• Hold an active, valid driver's license
