Responsibilities

• Supervises hourly production employees
• Ensures safety and health policies are followed
• Complies with environmental programs, guidelines, and policies
• Provides training to the hourly workforce
• Fosters positive teamwork
• Plans and schedules plant activities on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis to reach production targets
• Provides input to process improvements
• May participate in project or planning activities beyond day-to-day supervision

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of related experience
