About the role
Hard Truth Distilling Co., the Midwest's #1 Destination Distillery, is seeking Servers to join its dynamic restaurant team.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests with genuine hospitality
- Present menus and answer questions about food & beverage offerings
- Take accurate orders, including special requests
- Deliver food and drinks quickly and correctly
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain a clean, organized dining area
- Process payments and handle POS transactions
- Work closely with kitchen and bar teams
- Upsell menu items and promotions
- Assist with opening and closing duties
What You Bring
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Positive, outgoing personality
- Restaurant or serving experience (preferred)
- POS experience (preferred)
- Must be 19+ and able to obtain an Indiana Liquor License
- Weekend/holiday availability
Physical Requirements
- Standing and walking for long periods
- Lifting and carrying trays, plates, and beverages
