Your Responsibilities

• Completing Maintenance & Repairs
• Making Recommendations and Managing Expectations with Customers
• Create Life-Long Customers by Building Relationships

As a Handyman

• You will self-manage often
• You will communicate with customers and provide excellent customer service
• You will wear proper PPE and booties to protect the customer's home

Job Requirements

• Live within the area
• Have 5+ years’ experience as a paid handyman
• Own your own general tools (preferred)
• Be insurable for driving our vehicle
• Complete a background check and driving record review
• Able to lift 50 pounds independently
• Able to safely work at heights and work overheard for extended periods of time
• Professional appearance and maintenance of a company-provided vehicle

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in at least three (3) of the following: Carpentry work, Bathroom improvements, Kitchen improvements, Painting, Drywall work, General plumbing and electrical, Floor installation and refurbishing, Familiar with building codes
