We’re now offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus for all new employees hired into this role between May 7, 2026 - November 7, 2026. (Pays in $1000 increments at the end of 30 days, 60 days, and 90 days of employment)

Key Purpose

A Handyman will support the “Manager” in a safe, efficient, and professional manner with preventative, corrective, and general maintenance for the Client. Other duties include, but not limited to, daily assessments of systems, maintaining a clean working environment, and other various duties as assigned by the Manager, while adhering to all HS&E standards.

Other Duties

• Support Manager with preventative, corrective, and general maintenance
• Maintain a clean working environment
• Assist other maintenance personnel with repairs to electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, general facility, and grounds infrastructure
• Provide general laborer support
• Support client satisfaction

Success Criteria

• Computer Software: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Internet Explorer – general experience
• Communication: Ability to communicate well with customers, managers, and coworkers
• Customer Service: Strong customer service skills
• Tools: Competency with basic hand tools and power tools
• Productivity: Able to produce a quality work product in a prompt, safe, and efficient manner

Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year in Facility Maintenance or related field
• Trade certificate (desired)
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
• Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts

Physical Demands
