Responsibilities

- Find, estimate, and schedule small jobs for clients. - Provide quality craftsmanship and customer service that aligns with the ACE brand. - Be part of a team focused on customer satisfaction and excellent workmanship.

Requirements

- Strong work ethic. - Professional appearance and demeanor. - Strong knowledge of multiple trades, typically including Carpentry, Tiling, Painting, and Drywalling. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to perform minor electrical and plumbing tasks. - Own a standard set of tools for all trades. - Valid driver’s license. - Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Good documentation and invoicing skills. - Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Qualifications

- Prior track record as a Carpenter or Handyman, with estimation skills and prior home inspection experience, strongly preferred. - Ability to perform minor electrical and plumbing tasks. - Own a standard set of tools for all trades. - Current and valid driver’s license. - Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Professional appearance and demeanor. - Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
