Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests with professionalism and courtesy
  • Check guests in and out efficiently
  • Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
  • Handle reservations, payments, and room assignments
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
  • Maintain accurate records and front desk reports
  • Cook up with housekeeping and maintenance teams
  • Ensure lobby and front desk areas remain clean and organized

Qualifications

  • Previous front desk, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn hotel systems
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
