Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with professionalism and courtesy
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Handle reservations, payments, and room assignments
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records and front desk reports
- Cook up with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Ensure lobby and front desk areas remain clean and organized
Qualifications
- Previous front desk, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn hotel systems
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
