About the role
The Hampton Inn by Hilton-Boston/Marlborough-277 Boston Post Road, Marlborough, MA 01752 is seeking a Full-Time Front Desk Agent.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and complete the check-in/check-out procedures using the Property Management System while collecting and storing necessary information.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and manage guest goods.
- Identify guest needs and provide relevant information about hotel services and amenities to create a comfortable environment.
- Respond promptly to all guest inquiries and requests.
- Take reservations from incoming calls and input information into the hotel management system.
- Update and cancel reservations as requested by guests.
Requirements
- Customer service experience, preferably in a hotel setting.
- Hilton experience is advantageous.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including familiarity with intranet, Property Management System, WORD, and EXCEL.
- A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record, subject to company approval.
Qualifications
- Must have valid drivers license, and acceptable driving history subject to company approval.
