• Greet and communicate cordially with guests
• Promptly and professionally check in and out of the hotel

Reservation Assistance

• Aid in pre-registration and reservation blocking when necessary
• Take and manage day reservations in approximately 2 minutes
• Review reservations with special requests and block rooms accordingly
• Follow cancellation and relocation procedures when necessary

Financial Management

• Accurately manage cash handling
• Receive and process payments from guests for hotel charges
• Make change correctly
