Hamilton Campaign Network, Canvass Director - State of OHIO - Targeted Congressional Race

About the role

We are hiring Field Staff Directors to oversee a targeted paid canvassing operation for a Congressional District in the State of Ohio for the November 2026 Elections. We are seeking a potential applicant with the flexibility to start immediately and the capability to jump into an existing operation and hit the ground running.

Responsibilities

• Supervising paid canvassers in order to achieve program goals
• Oversight and execution of recruitment, intake, training, and deployment of canvassers
• Providing canvassers with clear, quantitative goals and tracking progress
• Canvasser Messaging training
• Quality controlling canvasser data
• Cutting turf
• Utilizing internal tracking systems in order to monitor workflow

Requirements

• Experience: political campaign: 1 year (Required)
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Punctuality!
• Highly motivated
• Ability to meet goals

Qualifications

• Previous Canvass Management Experience Preferred But Not Required
• Familiarity with Google Sheets
• Familiarity with Votebuilder/VAN/Minivan Software Preferred But Not Required
• Applicants with Cars + Driver’s Licenses will receive Preferential Treatment

Pay

$6,500 per month + $700 per month for healthcare
