Job Description

We are hiring a Field Staff Director to oversee a targeted paid canvassing operation for a Congressional District in the State of Montana for the November 2026 Elections.

Responsibilities

• Supervising paid canvassers in order to achieve program goals
• Oversight and execution of recruitment, intake, training, and deployment of canvassers
• Providing canvassers with clear, quantitative goals and tracking progress
• Canvasser Messaging training
• Quality controlling canvasser data
• Cutting turf
• Utilizing internal tracking systems in order to monitor workflow

Requirements

• Ability to meet goals
• Basic computer and interpersonal skills
• Punctuality!
• Highly motivated
• Previous Canvass Management Experience (Preferred but not required)
• Familiarity with Google Sheets (Preferred but not required)
• Familiarity With Votebuilder/VAN/Minivan Software (Preferred but not required)
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

Salary and Benefits

$6,500/month + $700/month for healthcare
