Hamilton Campaign Network seeks experienced District Field Directors for targeted, competitive State Legislative races throughout New York State.

About the role

This is a staff management position. Two previous cycles of campaign experience with some supervisory responsibilities are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead field staff in targeted districts
• Develop and implement field plans to support State Legislative campaigns
• Oversee voter contact programs, including canvassing and phone banking
• Coordinate with campaign leadership on strategy and execution

Requirements

• Two or more cycles of campaign experience
• Prior supervisory or management experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
• Willingness to travel and work long hours, including evenings and weekends
