Halifax Area School Based Therapist
About the role
School-Based Therapist working in Halifax Area School District. Employed by TrueNorth Wellness Services. Part-Time, 10 months a year, with option of summer hours with travel. Halifax, PA.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field required
- Experience in conducting individual and group therapy is preferred, but not necessary
- Experience in a school setting is preferred
- Professional Licensure preferred, but not necessary
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy to identified clients in Halifax Schools
- Work closely with school district staff, students, and their families
- May provide behavioral guidance and support to the school
