School Based Therapist

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations.
• Provide therapy, family support, and crisis interventions to an individual, family and/or group using various treatment modalities.
• Provide mental health consultation to stakeholders and treatment team members.
• Develop individualized treatment plans in coordination with an interdisciplinary team.
• Develop and coordinate discharge planning.
• Maintain timely and accurate health record documentation.
• Attend regular staff meetings, clinical meetings and one-on-one sessions with direct supervisor to process current status of cases.
• Provide 25 service delivery hours per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, LSW + at least 3 years’ experience with children /families
• Master’s Degree in human services + LPC, MFT

Pay

$60K/yr $4K bonus Quarterly incentive potential Full compensation/benefits package 401(k) with company match Paid time off, holiday pay Flexible schedule Free CEU’s and supervision for social worker, counseling and marriage and family therapy licensure. Reimbursement for mileage Reimbursement for passing of state social work or counseling test, when applicable.
