About the role
The Little Gym of Evans is seeking an energetic, passionate, and highly organized Gymnastics Director to lead our gymnastics programs, develop our team members, and create an exceptional experience for children and families.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all gymnastics and developmental programs.
- Create an encouraging environment that helps children build confidence, coordination, and life skills.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop instructors and support staff.
- Build a positive, accountable culture focused on exceptional customer experiences.
- Conduct employee scheduling, performance management, and ongoing development.
- Lead team meetings and ensure consistent program delivery.
- Handle concerns professionally and compassionately while maintaining program standards.
- Serve as a positive ambassador for The Little Gym brand.
- Manage class schedules, staffing levels, and facility operations.
- Support membership growth, retention, and enrollment goals.
- Track program performance and implement improvements.
- Drive revenue growth through outstanding service and program quality.
Requirements
- Experience working with children of various ages, from toddlers through school-age children.
- Previous leadership, management, or supervisory experience.
- Strong organizational and scheduling abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coach, motivate, and manage employees effectively.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- Background in gymnastics, cheerleading, dance, youth sports, physical education, or child development.
- Experience in youth programming, recreation, fitness, or educational environments.
- Experience managing schedules, staffing, and customer service operations.

Total Compensation Opportunity: $50,000+ annually
