Director
About the Role
The Girls Director will be responsible for managing daily club operations and sustaining a competitive and successful club program in the Chicago suburbs. The candidate must demonstrate leadership and communication skills at a high level, be highly motivated, and passionate about the sport and teaching it to others.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the club program, manage and train coaching staff, and communicate with client vendors, club athletes, and families.
- Create, organize, and lead all program practices for the Girls National Program.
- Assist athletes with the recruiting process.
- Travel to overnight events (limited to 3-4 overnight, National level events primarily in the Midwest and AAU National Championships in June).
- Handle staffing, marketing, and registration duties.
Requirements
- Extensive volleyball experience, either as a club director or a college coach (required).
- High playing resume (preferred).
About Client
Client was created in 2010 to offer high-level volleyball to boys in the surrounding Chicago suburbs. In 2017, the program expanded to include girls. In the 2025-26 season alone, Client housed over 70 teams and provided an elite volleyball experience to over a thousand families. Offering traditional club seasons, youth programming, sand, and various skills and clinics year-round, Client strives to help athletes become the best versions of themselves, both on and off the court.
