Responsibilities
- Manage daily gym operations including scheduling, inventory management, and maintenance.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed and communicated effectively to staff and guests.
- Handle emergencies and incidents promptly and according to established procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a customer service or supervisory role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
Qualifications
- First aid certification preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
