About the role

The role involves managing gym operations, customer service, and ensuring safety protocols are adhered to.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily gym operations including scheduling, inventory management, and maintenance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure all safety protocols are followed and communicated effectively to staff and guests.
  • Handle emergencies and incidents promptly and according to established procedures.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in a customer service or supervisory role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

  • First aid certification preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
