Fitness Floor Staff

Description The Valley of the Sun J is seeking a dependable and energetic Part-Time Fitness Floor Staff Member to support our members. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fitness and customer service! Key Responsibilities Greet members and provide friendly, professional customer service, exceeding expectationsAssist Fitness Director and or Manager on Duty with requests or inquiriesSupervise the fitness floor to ensure safety and proper equipment use, hazard freeAssist members with basic equipment questionsClean and sanitize equipment and workout areas throughout the shift. Assist in class set-up and resetManage Towel ServiceEnforce facility policies and report any safety or maintenance concerns Qualifications Reliable and punctual with strong time-management skillsComfortable working independently during early hoursInterest in fitness and helping othersBasic knowledge of gym equipment preferredPrevious customer service or fitness experience a plus What We Offer Supportive team environmentComplimentary or discounted gym membershipAfternoon, Evenings and Weekend shiftsOpportunities for growth within the fitness industry Requirements REQUIREMENTS Physical Requirements/Demands: Standing, walking, repetitive motions, bending, stretching, lifting objects over 45lbs.Education/Specialized Training: CPR and First Aid certification
