Responsibilities
- Manage gym operations including scheduling, inventory management, and equipment maintenance.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed and communicated effectively to guests.
- Handle administrative tasks such as billing and record-keeping.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of relevant experience in a customer service or administrative role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR certifications preferred.
