About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage gym operations including scheduling, inventory management, and equipment maintenance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure all safety protocols are followed and communicated effectively to guests.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as billing and record-keeping.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of relevant experience in a customer service or administrative role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR certifications preferred.
