Guidewire PolicyCenter Technical Lead

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Specialist in Package Implementation with deep expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter to lead and execute end-to-end implementations, including state rollouts and cloud-based deployments.

Primary Technical Skills

• Certified Guidewire PolicyCenter professional (Associate or ACE)
• 5–8 years of hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter modules
• Hands-on knowledge of Guidewire Configuration and/or Integration
• One complete end-to-end implementation experience for Guidewire Cloud
• Development experience with Guidewire GOSU proprietary code
• Development experience with Guidewire APIs, methods, rules, and processes

Secondary Technical Skills

• Configuration for state-specific forms, rating, business rules, underwriting issues, PCF changes, and integrations
• Experience working with SQL Server or Oracle databases
• Third-party platform application integration
• Application servers such as WebSphere, Apache Tomcat, or JBOSS (J2EE containers)

• Strong communication and presentation abilities

Pay

The salary range for this position across all US locations is $MINIMUM – $MAXIMUM. Individual pay is determined by work location, job level, and factors such as skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Additional compensation may include annual performance-based bonuses, sales incentive pay, or other forms of variable compensation.
