Guidewire PolicyCenter Technical Lead

Responsibilities

• 8+ years of Guidewire experience with strong expertise in PolicyCenter.
• Strong hands-on experience with Guidewire Product Model PCF, Gosu, Rules, Rating, Product Configuration, and Guidewire Integrations.
• Strong Commercial Lines insurance domain experience.
• Experience with Standards-Based Templates (SBT) and bureau-based product implementations.
• Experience with ISO/NCCI rating, forms, and underwriting rules.
• Experience with technical design, estimation, code reviews, and development leadership.
• Guidewire Cloud Certification.
• Experience with Guidewire Cloud Platform and cloud-native implementation practices.
• Experience with PolicyCenter migration or modernization projects.
• Experience delivering Guidewire Cloud implementations and upgrades.
• Strong understanding of PolicyCenter configuration and customization.
• Strong understanding of ISO/NCCI-based products.
• Knowledge of Guidewire testing and deployment frameworks.
• Design, develop, configure, and implement solutions using Guidewire PolicyCenter.
• Work extensively with Product Model, PCF, Gosu, Rules, Rating, and Product Configuration.
• Develop and maintain Commercial Lines insurance products within PolicyCenter.
• Participate in Guidewire Cloud implementations, migrations, and upgrades.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable Guidewire solutions.
• Lead technical design discussions and provide guidance on solution architecture.
• Conduct code reviews, technical estimations, and design reviews.
• Identify performance, configuration, and integration issues and provide effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
