Guidewire ClaimCenter Cloud Configuration Developer

As a Guidewire ClaimCenter Cloud Configuration Developer, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting ClaimCenter applications on the Guidewire Cloud Platform. You will collaborate with customers, onsite, and offshore teams to deliver scalable claims solutions aligned with business requirements. This role demands hands-on experience in Guidewire Cloud, GOSU programming, and claims domain processes.

Responsibilities

• Configure and integrate Guidewire ClaimCenter modules using GOSU
• Develop and maintain workflows for FNOL, claim validation, adjudication, and settlement
• Customize PCF files, data models, and messaging components
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support for ClaimCenter applications
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Conduct peer code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
• Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes in cloud environments
• Collaborate with integration teams and third-party vendors

Requirements

• Guidewire Cloud Certification (Associate or ACE level)
• Strong proficiency in GOSU, Java, and SQL (Oracle or SQL Server)
• Experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter version 10 or above
• Hands-on with Guidewire Configuration and Integration
• Familiarity with REST APIs, XML, and web services
• Experience with Agile tools (JIRA, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Confluence)
• Experience with PolicyCenter and BillingCenter
• Knowledge of DevOps tools and containerization (Docker, Helm)
• UI development using Angular or React

Must Have Skills

• Certified Guidewire ClaimCenter professional (Associate or ACE)
• 10 years of hands-on work experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter modules
• Hands-on knowledge of Guidewire Configuration and/or Integration
• Development experience with Guidewire GOSU proprietary code
• Development experience with Guidewire APIs, methods, rules, and processes
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and mentor junior developers
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

Qualifications

• Guidewire Certified Associate or ACE in ClaimCenter
• Additional certifications in PolicyCenter or BillingCenter are a plus

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, job level, and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Other forms of compensation may include an annual performance-based bonus, sales incentive pay, and other forms of bonus or variable compensation.
