Guideline Monitoring Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support investment teams in ensuring compliance with client guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in reviewing Investment Management Agreements, evaluating client guidelines, and maintaining the guideline monitoring system.
• Provide real-time, pre-trade support with investors and resolve post-trade incident exceptions generated from Sentinel.
• Collaborate with other Guideline Monitoring Analysts and internal teams, including Global Relationship Teams, Product Management, and Portfolio Management, to understand investment strategies relative to client guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 0-3 years of experience preferred.
• Experience with equity, fixed income, derivatives, and compliance preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) are essential.
