About the role

As a Condition Monitoring Analyst at HOLT CAT, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance of our industrial machinery. Your responsibilities include monitoring equipment health, identifying potential issues before they become major problems, and implementing preventive maintenance strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor equipment health and performance using condition monitoring tools and techniques
  • Identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions to prevent downtime and costly repairs
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules based on equipment condition data
  • Collaborate with engineers and technicians to troubleshoot complex equipment issues
  • Document findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner

Pay

Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually

Schedule

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial machinery monitoring or related field
  • Knowledge of Caterpillar equipment and industry standards
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
