Responsibilities
- Acquire and manage data gathering flow from various sources for evaluating and making recommendations to maintain customers' equipment health.
- Learn and understand the elements of Condition Monitoring and how they all relate to problem solving and solution recommendations.
- Administer proper data collecting procedures to ensure complete, accurate, and timely collected data.
- Apply predictive maintenance technologies to data collected and diagnose equipment problems for developing solutions to improve customers' equipment health and reliability.
- Contact branch personnel and CSR to ensure the completion of Equipment Management Solutions recommendations and follow up on suggested action recommendations.
- Develop data output process and procedures for customer and CSR reporting strategies.
- Identify training and development needs for self and others.
- Develop education of the 5 elements of condition monitoring and how they all relate to the problem solving and solution/action recommendations.
- Communicate regularly with manager regarding productivity and issues in the field.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required, 2-yr degree preferred.
- Strong Mechanical aptitude in Power train systems, fluid power, and electrical systems required.
- 3+ years experience required with the following: Analyzing fluid analysis results and trending data, Troubleshooting, problem solving and root cause failure analysis skills, Analyzing electronic control module (ECM) fault codes, Knowledge of failure analysis principles to aid in the analysis of filter and magnetic plug debris, Basic computer skills required, familiarization with Microsoft Office usage – will need to be able to spend the majority of the day using a computer for analyzing, troubleshooting, and recommendation development, Knowledge of various light, medium and heavy construction machine models, their components and various systems knowledge is preferred.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $30.97 to $37.15. Starting wage is dependent on skills, experience, education and location. Pay range may vary by 10% depending upon the applicant’s location.
