About the role
The Condition Monitoring Analyst is responsible for monitoring and analyzing the operational health of machinery to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime.
Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze data from various sensors and systems to assess machine condition.
- Identify potential issues before they become major problems and recommend corrective actions.
- Work closely with maintenance teams to implement preventive maintenance strategies.
- Develop and maintain predictive maintenance schedules based on machine condition data.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in condition monitoring or similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using condition monitoring software and tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
