About the role

Leveraging past experience in weapon system and missile system/subsystem development and analysis to shape current and future program execution.
Collaborating with program managers, systems and software engineering or engineering leaders to deliver component(s)/subsystem(s), designs, and analysis to programs.
Provides programmatic direction to engineering staff and team(s), collaborates on execution, analysis, design/peer reviews.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review data packages, analysis, and presentations for working groups, review board
  Coordinate internal efforts and external elements to develop, verify, and validate both complex simulations such as missile 6-degree-of-freedom simulations (6-DOF) and onboard flight algorithms to achieve weapon system performance
  Evaluate system performance in complex scenarios and environments and verify system and subsystem level requirements
  Perform and align staff execution for critical studies, analyses, and test activities
  Support program reviews and technical interchange meetings with internal leadership and/or external customers.

Requirements

Professional experience with 9+ years applicable GNC focus associated with Weapon System product lifecycle.
Experience operating in Linux environments including High Performance Computing usage.
Experience with Agile development.
Experience with technical task leadership, completion coordination, and collaborative development environment of integrated product teams with schedule or completion reporting.
Experience in proposal development, cost and schedule development & ownership, and earn value reporting.
Experience in Analysis, Document, Development and intermediate work products Agile artifact peer reviews for task/scope completion.
