Duties
- Obtains and maintains key account business directly or assisting other sales people in doing so.
- Captures and coordinates all aspects necessary for meeting the needs of the key account (products, delivery schedules, reporting needs, communication needs, and new ideas).
- Determines pricing strategies at appropriate profit margin levels.
- Identifies opportunities for increased sales.
- Develops sales forecasts and set goals for key account activity.
- Prepares financial management reports on key accounts.
- Attains sales goals for key account business.
- Confers with customers to meet their needs which includes appraising, advising, informing, recommending, suggesting, etc.
- Prepares detailed customer analysis.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent
- Experience: 7 - 10 Years in Multi Unit or related field.
- Marketing, sales or related experience with supervisory experience.
- Management experience.
