Guest Teacher (Substitute)

About the Role

Premier Charter School is seeking a confident and experienced Substitute Teacher to join our team on an as-needed basis. We strive to provide our guest teachers with the hours they need (from 1-5 days per week), though availability is based on need.

Pay

• Regular Sub-Certified - 1 Day Assignment: $150.00 per day
• Regular Sub-Certified - Long Term with NO Planning: $170.00 per day
• Regular Teacher Certificated: $170.00 per day
• Regular Sub-Certified - Long Term with Planning: $190.00 per day
• Regular Teacher Certificated - Long Term with Planning: $210.00 per day

Incentive Program: Earn up to $1,000 in addition to your daily rate:

• 15 days worked: +$100
• 30 days worked: +$200
• 45 days worked: +$300
• 60 days worked: +$400

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of effective teaching practices that ensure learning is comfortable, safe, and meaningful
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Strong command of the English language
• Must have, or be able to attain, a Missouri Substitute Certificate
• Must be available to work from 7:45 AM to 3:45 PM on assigned days
• Must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. (sponsorship not available)
