Guest Services Supervisor - Virginia

About the Role

The Guest Services Supervisor is responsible for inspiring, developing, and motivating the guest services team, driving sales, rentals, slip sales, cash management, and inventory management, while setting world-class customer service standards. This role supports front-line operations at multiple service marinas, including fuel dock, pump-out, and assisting arriving/departing boats. The Guest Services Supervisor ensures compliance with all company policies, procedures, and legal requirements while fostering a collaborative and enjoyable team atmosphere that exceeds customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Direct Guest Services team operations under the supervision of the General Manager or Guest Services Manager to deliver world-class customer service.
• Facilitate training for the Guest Services team to promote sales, rentals, and uphold Suntex Marinas' customer service standards.
• Ensure marina customers are satisfied with the services provided.
• Maintain the rental fleet and water sports equipment in clean, working order to guarantee an exceptional guest experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Must be able to independently lift, carry, push, and pull up to thirty (30) pounds.
• Must be able to swim or willing to wear a personal flotation device in emergencies.
• Capable of performing simple grasping, fine manipulation, repetitive hand and arm movements frequently, and squeezing or overhead reaching occasionally.
• Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on property needs.

Pay

Wage range: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour.
