Visitor Services Supervisor

About the role

We are currently seeking applications for organized, service‑minded individuals to join our Visitor Services Department as a Visitor Services Supervisor (quasi full‑time, 32 hours per week). The Visitor Services Supervisor supervises and supports Visitor Services staff and helps create an environment of service excellence for museum visitors, whether they are in person, on the phone, or online.
