Guest Services Supervisor - Citizens Live at The Wylie
Job Summary
Citizens Live at The Wylie is seeking a Guest Services Supervisor who will oversee and coordinate activities of the Guest Services team within the venue.
About the role
Residents of the Greater Hill District and surrounding neighborhoods are encouraged to apply. We will host a hiring event for residents closer to the grand opening. Details will be announced as they become available.
Responsibilities
- Assign, direct, and supervise Guest Services staff during events.
- Provide exceptional guest service by greeting and assisting guests and responding to inquiries and complaints.
- Lead and train guest services staff to perform duties including but not limited to ticket scanning, ushering, handling lost and found items, and directing and assisting guests throughout the venue.
- Ensure all guest services team members are well-informed on event specific details.
- Aid in managing staff breaks.
- Aid management to ensure compliance with all venue policies and procedures to include all safety regulations.
- Show CARE by participating in the venue’s sustainability program which could include implementing programs that conserve resources/prevent waste such as sorting waste and collecting recycling and educating our fans about our efforts.
- Partner with fellow crew members at the end of show to close the venue—this may include ensuring all guests are gone, removing trash from seated areas and GA floor, breaking down and putting away equipment, and assisting with staff checkout and uniform collection.
- Other tasks as assigned by the Experience Manager.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years in a guest services/hospitality role, ideally in a supervisory position.
- Creative thinker and problem solver.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Acute sense of judgment, tact and diplomacy.
- A strong sense of teamwork and ability to execute programs.
Qualifications
- Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying 50 lbs.+ and occasional sitting.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
