- Engage in customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Operate ski lifts and other equipment safely and efficiently.
- Prepare and serve meals and beverages to guests and employees.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Previous experience in a similar position is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Passion for the outdoors and winter sports.
- Customer service orientation.
- Basic computer skills.
- First aid certification preferred.
