Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients and guests
- Welcome guests into Masterson Place
- Help guests with wayfinding and directions
- Use computer to locate patient rooms for visiting guests
- Act as a local resource for visitors
- Ensure a pleasurable and safe environment for all patients and guests
- Provide great customer service
- Perform light housekeeping duties
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent
- Ability to handle ongoing face-to-face contact with patients, guests, and staff
- Excellent oral communication and listening skills
Qualifications
- Additional related education and/or experience preferred
