Responsibilities

  • Maintains Guest Service Standards
  • Ensures No Noticeable Wait Policy standards are met
  • Manages guest traffic flow
  • Works with Store Manager and Guest Service Manager to manage schedules
  • Trains cashiers to call additional hosts
  • Handles guest and host requests, refunds, overrides, and check approvals
  • Maintains cleanliness and organization of the front end
  • Maintains cleanliness and organization of the parking lot
  • Models positive behavior for hosts
  • Maintains unused check lanes
  • Maintains and enforces front end policies related to Asset Protection and Shrink Control

Qualifications

  • Friendly, outgoing personality
  • Ability to work well with others
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally and up to 15 lbs constantly
  • Ability to read and understand information and direction
  • Knowledge of front end operations
  • Ability to supervise people including training and development
  • Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job
  • Effective communication and guest service skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
  • Demonstrated successful use of math skills
  • Ability to work well with computers
