Responsibilities
- Maintains Guest Service Standards
- Ensures No Noticeable Wait Policy standards are met
- Manages guest traffic flow
- Works with Store Manager and Guest Service Manager to manage schedules
- Trains cashiers to call additional hosts
- Handles guest and host requests, refunds, overrides, and check approvals
- Maintains cleanliness and organization of the front end
- Maintains cleanliness and organization of the parking lot
- Models positive behavior for hosts
- Maintains unused check lanes
- Maintains and enforces front end policies related to Asset Protection and Shrink Control
Qualifications
- Friendly, outgoing personality
- Ability to work well with others
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally and up to 15 lbs constantly
- Ability to read and understand information and direction
- Knowledge of front end operations
- Ability to supervise people including training and development
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job
- Effective communication and guest service skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Demonstrated successful use of math skills
- Ability to work well with computers
