Responsibilities
- Maintains Guest Service Standards
- Ensures No Noticeable Wait Policy standards are met
- Manages guest traffic flow from both sides of the register
- Works with Store Manager and Guest Service Manager to manage schedules
- Trains cashiers to call additional hosts as needed
- Handles guests and host requests promptly and professionally
- Maintains cleanliness and order of the front end and parking lot
- Models positive behavior for front end hosts
- Makes sure unused check lanes are blocked off
- Maintains enforcement of front end policies related to Asset Protection and Shrink Control
Qualifications
- Friendly, outgoing personality
- Ability to work well with others
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally and up to 15 lbs constantly
- Ability to read and understand information and direction
- Knowledge of front end operations
- Ability to train and develop people including supervisors
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job
- Effective communication and guest service skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Successful use of math skills
- Ability to work well with computers
