About the role
The role is responsible for managing guest interactions and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction at all times.
Responsibilities
- Manage guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Ensure smooth operation of the front desk and lobby areas
- Handle cash transactions and manage petty cash
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in hospitality or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
