The role of Guest Service Lead is responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service experiences at all times. This includes managing guest interactions, resolving complaints, and enhancing overall guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage guest interactions and ensure prompt and courteous responses.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely manner.
- Enhance guest satisfaction through proactive service and problem-solving.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve guest experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, customer service, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with hotel management systems is a plus.
