Guest Services Coordinator for a Skilled Nursing Facility

Responsibilities

• Cook up and coordinate guest services, including introducing visitors to staff and residents, and ensuring a smooth transition for new residents.
• Maintain guest information, including resident contact lists and communication platforms.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to resident and family concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records and reports on guest services, including resident feedback and satisfaction surveys.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall guest experience.
