About the role

Rebis is a multidisciplinary sleep wellness center committed to enhancing sleep health and overall wellness through a collaborative, compassionate, and highly coordinated approach. The Guest Care Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction, retention, and continuity of care.

Responsibilities

  • Assist guests with follow-up appointments and rescheduling
  • Coordinate ongoing care needs across providers and departments
  • Provide clear guidance on next steps in care
  • Answer billing and insurance-related questions
  • Assist with collecting outstanding balances when appropriate
  • Communicate with clinical teams and route prescription refill requests
  • Manage provider messages and clinical requests
  • Ensure clear communication between guests and care teams
  • Aid with medical records requests
  • Coordinate completion of clinical forms
  • Respond to portal messages
  • Manage queue messages directed to providers
  • Assist guests with navigating digital tools and systems

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1-3+ years of customer service, healthcare, or coordination experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment

Preferred experience

  • In healthcare scheduling or coordination
  • Experience with patient communication systems or portals
  • Experience in hospitality or service-focused roles
